Terms, briefly.

What the service is

TenderVerdict reads public tender notices and judges them against the capability profile you approve. Verdicts are decision support, not legal, procurement or bid-writing advice. Confirming eligibility and submitting responses stays your responsibility.

Plans and payment

Free: five judged briefs, no payment details. The first assesses a selection of promising notices, followed by one brief on each of the next four Mondays. After that the briefs stop, your account remains open and everything in it (your profile, verdicts, grades and shortlist) stays available to you until you ask us to delete it. Pro: €99 a month, billed monthly and renewing until you cancel; the first 20 accounts pay €49 a month for their first 12 months. Depending on where you are, tax is either included in the price shown or added at checkout. The checkout shows the exact total before you pay. Cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt, or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

Not right for you? Email us within 30 days of your first Pro payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. The refund policy has the detail.

Fair use

One account judges tenders for one organisation. Briefs are yours to use and forward in the course of your business, not to resell as a service.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed tenders, incorrect verdicts, or opportunities lost; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Contracting entity

TenderVerdict is an independent product, built and run by Ihsan Mohamed, registered as a sole trader in Latvia. Contact: hello@tenderverdict.com. These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of Latvia.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your right to use TenderVerdict is licensed to you by us under these terms.
