Last updated: 12 September 2026. Short version: if the first month of Pro is not right for you, say so within 30 days and we refund it in full.

Your first 30 days on Pro

If you are not satisfied with your first Pro payment, email hello@tenderverdict.com within 30 days of that payment and we refund it in full. No questions asked.

After the first month

Pro renews monthly. Cancel whenever you like: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep your briefs until then and are not charged again.

How to ask

Email hello@tenderverdict.com from the address on your account, or use the billing portal linked in your receipt. Refunds return to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Who processes it

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Questions about the product itself come to us, and we answer within two working days.

The free plan

The five free briefs take no payment details, so there is nothing to refund. Keeping a free account open after they end costs nothing either.
