What reaches your brief

We focus on software, IT, digital, marketing, communications, research and consultancy work. Your checked profile narrows the countries and capabilities used in the assessment. Duplicate notices and notices outside the timing rules can be excluded.

Your first brief assesses a limited selection of promising notices. Later briefs also assess selected notices within scheduled windows. This is not an archive of every notice published by the four services.

Where coverage stops

  • Other national and local portals: we do not ingest every European procurement portal. Smaller opportunities published only on another service can be absent.
  • Devolved UK portals: work available only on Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales or eTendersNI may not reach our feeds.
  • Tender packs: we assess the published notice, not documents behind a login. You still need the full requirements before deciding to bid.
  • Incomplete data: missing fields, delayed publication or a failed feed fetch can affect what is available. No matching verdict is not a coverage guarantee.

Check the fit before changing your process

Keep your existing searches while trying the five free briefs. Compare notices you already know, check your profile’s countries and services, and tell us about missing or unsuitable results. Our agency screening guide gives you a practical checklist.

What happens after discovery
